Customer Bookings

Customers can make reservations over the phone or online, but you'll need to give us your basic contact information so we can get in touch with you. During the booking phase, you can also send us images so that we may look them over and give you a quote. Not sure if we can meet your needs? Check out our CASE STUDIES

Getting In Touch

Here, we will gather any additional information we might require, based on the task at hand or if we missed something. On the basis of the photographs and information you supplied us, we can discuss the job and give you an estimate. We will discuss site visits and work start dates if you are willing to move forward.

Getting The Job Done

We proceed to the address given to us and welcome the client there. We maintain open lines of communication with our clients to ensure that they are aware of every step of the process and satisfied with the work. The customer signs our joint satisfaction note when the job is completed. Once this is completed and everyone is satisfied, we will give the customer an invoice.
